{As a mechanical engineer with an MBA, I am grateful to have celebrated my 2nd anniversary at AirCom marked this January, and I love it! Born in El Salvador, I was blessed to have been awarded a scholarship to pursue and further my studies for my B.S in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Taiwan. {Before I started working at AirCom, I was a mechanical engineering graduate working retail during the height of the pandemic. As time passed and with no job offer secured, I became more worried that my degree was getting stale. In the summer of 2021, I was offered a role as a Junior Estimator, where I was tasked to mark drawings. As I progressed, I was given many opportunities to study the different roles in the estimating department. I am now a junior estimator in charge of finalizing take-off for RFQs / Bids. {I’ve been at Aircom for about four years now. I’ve gone from a junior helper to a fully licensed 313A mechanic in these four years.
