Job Description:
Our Team at Aircom would like to invite you to our growing group. We are currently looking for a full-time Data Entry Specialist. Previous data entry experience is preferred along with the following capabilities and characteristics:
- Well organized
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Outlook
- Proficiency with Excel
- Strong communication skills
Job Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure employee payroll submissions are completed accurately and on time on a weekly basis
- Review all payroll hours and expenses to be applied to Customer invoicing
- Review service reports to verify that all materials are properly documented for each job.
- Accurately input all job costs on to specific jobs in the system.
- Manage inventory and ordering of office, kitchen, and washroom supplies to maintain necessary stock levels.
- Generate and process invoices for completed jobs through Billing/Accounting software systems.
- Verify startup tracking sheets and deficiencies service calls, ensuring timely invoicing for these services.
- Process mid-month invoicing for monthly project billing
- Maintain organized filing systems for all relevant documents.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them as appropriate, providing excellent customer service.
- Acquire documentation for required jobs. (WSIB, Form 1000 and Certificate of Insurance)
- Maintain and update fleet vehicle list and associated drivers
- Work in conjunction with AP and AR Team to ensure proper payments are made and received
